It is made up of syrup dosing pump, heating rasing film with scrapper, vacuum evaporator, discharge pump, temperature and pressure meter, PLC controller etc. All these parts are installed in one machine and connected with pipes and valves. This cooker has the advantage of large capacity from 300kg till 1000kg/h, high transparent of gummy candy mass without air bubble inside, easy operation. It is automatically controlled by PLC, touch screen and frequency inventer, heating method can be steam heating or induction heating as optional.
The complete line was designed according to pharmaceutical machine standard, higher level sanitary structure design and fabrication, all stainless steel materials are SUS304 and SUS316L in the line and it can be equipped with UL certified or CE certified components for CE or UL certificated and FDA proved.
