The die-formed hard candy production line is a fully automated equipment specifically used for hard candy production, which mainly includes steps such as sugar mixing, sugar boiling, cooling, stamping, and packaging. 1. Sugar mixing: Mix various raw materials (such as sugar, glucose, water, etc.) together to form a syrup.
2. Sugar boiling: Heat the mixed syrup to a certain temperature to reach a sugar content suitable for making hard sugar.
3. Cooling: The heated syrup needs to be cooled to form a hard candy texture suitable for forming.

1-Auto Weighing and mixing system
Description of the auto weighing and mixing system:
The kitchen equipment offers more than automatic weighing and mixing of raw material with inline transport to one or more production units. It also forms a basis for the continuous production. It is an auto-ingredient weighing system for the processing of confectionery industry. The sugar and all the raw materials are automatic weighing and mixing installation. Mechanical balance, PLC controlled. The ingredients tanks are connected through a PLC controlled system with the memory. The recipe is programmed and the ingredients are weighed correctly to keep on going into the mixing vessel. Once the total ingredients are fed into the vessel, after the mixing, the mass then will be transferred into the processing equipment. Many recipes of the candies can be programmed into the memory as you like.
Description of the gear pump:
This lobe pump is used for transferring the dissolved raw materials to the holding tank.
Specially suitable for the delivering syrup to the storage tank or cooker.
Description of the storage tank:
The storage tank is used for holding the dissolved raw materials; the stirrer is equipped in the tank and makes the syrup inside steady holding.
Description of the vacuum cooking system:
This full automatic vacuum cooker is ideal equipment for cooking hard boiled candy, it is continuously cooking and vacuum effecting processing, it is an advance cooker for cooking hard candy mass instead of the batch vacuum cooker.
1. The processing of the system is continuous cooking and vacuum effecting.

5-Color flavor inline mixer
Description of the inline mixer:
This inline mixer is working together with the discharging pump. The inner structure of the mixer is consists of three part, screw pushing, rotary teeth and fixing teeth. Rotary teeth are fixed on the rotary shaft and controlled by the speed adjustable motor.
The feeding of color, flavor and acid or liquid gelatin is available on the pipes above the pushing screw part.
6-Color flavor holding and dosing system
Description of the color and flavor holding and dosing system:
The color, flavor holding and dosing system is consists of liquid color and flavor holding tank, dosing pump, piping and frame support.
The size of the tank and dosing pump is depend on the capacity of the dosing system, 10L~100L of tank is available and dosing pump capacity is adjustable manually or from PLC & HMI. The dosing pump can be chosen by LMI of USA brand or RDOSE of GERMANY brand.
Description of the cooling belt:
This mass cooling system is consists of stainless steel cooling belt with driven and water chilling system.
The cooling belt is stainless steel belt from SANVIK, which is famous in the world to make the stainless steel belt, no bend and cooling performance is perfect. The belt is cooled by spraying chilled water under the belt.
The final temperature of the mass is depending on the running speed of the drum and belt and the chilled water temperature.
Description of the conveyor machine:
The conveyor machine is consists of two parts which is hopper feeding and conveyor belt transporting. The transport speed is adjustable.
Description of the batch roller:
This equipment is mainly used for rolling mass of hard candy or chewy candy, it is consists of wheel box, six rollers, riser, controlling box, etc. It works with rope sizer or with central filling machine to make center filled candies.
Description of the rope sizer:
This equipment is mainly used for sizing mass of hard candy or chewy candy, it is consists of forming wheel and controlling box. It is used for forming the confection tube. It works with batch roller, extruder, forming machine etc..
11-High speed Chain forming machine
Description of hard candy chain forming machine:
This die forming machine is chain type, it is developed version which has better forming performance, better shape and less wastage is available.
