Vacuum Batch Type Cooker.This commercial gummy candy machine product is very soft. Chemical softener is used to adsorb on the fiber surface, making the fiber surface smooth and enhancing the force between the fibers at the same time.
The CFA system is made of 304 stainless steel food-grade materials. It is equipped with a pump, which can precise control of syrup weight. And the pump can transfer the syrup from CFA system to the depositing system.

SINOFUDE - Vacuum Batch Type Cooker, the whole machine is made of food-grade stainless steel, the machine has a rapid preheating system and a vacuum chamber to better control the concentration of sugar, so as to ensure the quality of each batch of syrup. The sugar liquid enters the preheating system after melting, and is heated to 130-135 degrees in the preheating system, and then the remaining water in the syrup is removed under vacuum, and finally, two pots that can be used alternately and tilted can be used to pour out the syrup for subsequent production. The Vacuum Batch Type Cooker has a fast production speed, and the boiled sugar has a transparent color and a delicate taste.
