How many days you need to install the equipment?

It will take 1~3days for individual equipment and 5~15days for production line installation.

How many staff abroad you sent to install the equipment?

There are 18 engineers have passport and can get visa easily to come for installation.

You have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?

It is depend on the market and products.

Can I transfer the money to you then you pay to other supplier?

Yes, it is possible, we can help to source or just help to pay your supplier.

Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory?

Then load together? Yes, it is ok, we will help to unload and load the goods.

When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?

Normally the holiday will start 3~5days ahead and 5~7days after the holiday.

Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?

Yes, there is not any requirement for kitchen unit, but for forming or cooling unit, some of the machine need to be placed in a air conditioned room.

Can Your products be installed under the cold weather?

Yes, there is not any requirement for kitchen unit, but for forming or cooling unit, some of the machine need to be placed in a air conditioned room.

Do You have office in shanghai or guangzhou that i can visit?

Our factory is located in Shanghai, less than one hour by car from shanghai airport to our factory, you can come to visit our factory at anytime. We don’t have office in Guangzhou.

Can you send your staff to install the equipment for us?

Yes, we will provide this service.
