An advanced fully automatic soft candy production line, the Starch Mogul line produces high-quality soft candy with convenience, stability and output. This production line consists of a kitchen system, a mogul production line, a starch conditioning system,automatic starch mixing system, a starch collection and recycling system, a finishing system, and supporting systems.

The CLM-S300A/800A Full-Automatic starch mogul line is special designed and manufactured for middle or large scale production full automation requirement. According to the starch mould jelly/gummy candy processing technology, it consists three main part: cooking unit, starch cavities making and depositing, de-starch and drying unit. Each unit can be customized as per the automation and capacity requirement.
The processing line can make single color, two color up and down, two color side by side, multi color (optional) starch jelly candy or gummy candy, controlled by PLC and Servo (option), the high-quality products can be made by this machine.
