Core Features

1.Integrated Forming Process:

Realizes printing, forming and demoulding in one operation, with uniform feeding and complete demoulding; the forming speed is stepless adjustable via frequency converter, ensuring flexible production matching actual process needs.

2.Stable Transmission System:

Adopts bevel gear reducer as power source, matched with chain transmission; the roller gap can be adjusted manually, and key driving parts are equipped with independent frequency conversion speed regulation for high transmission stability.

3.Durable Key Components:

The scraper is made of Mn steel, featuring sharpness and long service life, which can effectively scrape off excess dough and ensure the consistency of biscuit blanks.

4.Customizable Moulds:

The mould forming device supports customized production of biscuits with various patterns and styles according to customer demands, meeting diversified market needs.

5.Easy Adjustment & Maintenance:

Equipped with multiple adjustable mechanisms (scraper, wrap angle roller, tension roller, feeding knife, etc.), all adjustments can be completed via hand wheel and screw rod; the overall structure is clear, facilitating daily maintenance and part replacement.

Working Principle of Soft Biscuit Machine

Main Structure

The machine is mainly composed of power part, transmission part, working part and auxiliary device:

1.Working Part:

 Includes rubber roller, grooved roller, mould forming device, etc., responsible for the core processes of feeding, forming and printing.

2.Auxiliary Device:

Consists of Mn steel scraper, flour hopper (with material turning shaft to loosen flour), wrap angle roller, conveyor belt tension device, chain tension device, feeding knife, etc., which ensures the smooth operation of the whole production process and the quality of biscuit blanks.

3.Power & Transmission Part:

Configures three independent reducers for the mould, grooved roller and lower conveyor belt respectively, with frequency conversion speed regulation for each part, realizing independent speed control of key processes.

Operation & Control

The machine is equipped with a humanized control panel, which can independently adjust the speed of the grooved roller, mould roller and conveyor belt. Each speed regulation knob is marked with "+" and "-", and the speed can be increased or decreased by a unit value with one rotation, meeting the process requirements of different biscuit varieties. The panel is also equipped with emergency stop button, power indicator and independent on/off switches for each working part, ensuring safe and convenient operation.
