A complete quotation should identify models, quantities, capacity basis, materials, component brands, power and utilities, dimensions, line layout, included molds or change parts, packaging, documents, tests, installation, training, spare parts, warranty, delivery, Incoterms, payment and exclusions. It should also state what the customer must supply at site.

Customs responsibility depends on the agreed Incoterm and contract. The supplier can provide commercial and technical shipping documents within the agreed scope, while the buyer or its broker normally confirms local import permits, duties, taxes, inspection and destination compliance. These responsibilities should be resolved before production is complete.

The final method depends on machine size, container loading, corrosion protection and destination.
