1-Gummy Candy Raw Material Cooking System
Composed of jacketed kettle/pump/pipe/storage tank, process liquid or powder raw materials into syrup through heating and stirring devices.
2-Gummy Candy CFA dosing system
Gummy candy machine equipped with a dynamic and static double mixing system, it can ensure that your vitamins, CBD and other active ingredients are evenly mixed with the syrup, and enhance the flavor and color of the syrup. This step can make the gummies have a variety of flavors.
3-Gummy candy depositing machine
Gummy candy machine has a jacket hopper - oil injection system - moulding system - cooling tunnel - demoulding device -conveyor belt.
The syrup is stored in the insulation hopper, and the syrup is injected into the mold through the extrusion device, and after cooling, the gummies is solidified, and finally falls onto the conveyor belt through the demoulding device
4-Sugar tumbler(or oil coater)
After the gummy candy is finished, one layer of white sugar can be coated on the surface of the gummies. This flavor of candy is very popular.
