To ensure every piece of equipment arrives at our clients' sites in perfect condition, we've established and strictly follow a comprehensive packaging and shipping workflow. From the final assembly line to truck loading, every step is executed with care and precision.
This week, another batch of high-end gummy production equipment has completed final testing and entered the shipping phase. Here's a closer look at our standard packaging process:
Step 1: Accessories and Tools Pre-sorting
Before packaging, all necessary accessories, tools, screws, and consumables are carefully sorted and packed into a designated toolbox area. Foam boards and protective wrap are applied to prevent any shifting or damage during transit.
Step 2: Structural Reinforcement
Key exposed areas and vibration-prone sections are secured with foam padding and wooden braces. Outlets and ports are wrapped with protective film and wooden framing to avoid scratches or deformation.
Step 3: Full Wrapping & Labeling
Once fixed in place, each machine is fully wrapped for dust and moisture protection. Labels and warning signs are applied to ensure clear identification throughout storage, transport, and installation.
Step 4: Crating & Loading
Each machine is crated in custom-sized wooden boxes and loaded by forklift under supervision. Transport photos are shared with the client for added transparency and confidence.
