SINOFUDE Delivers High-Performance Biscuit Production Line for Reliable and Consistent Manufacturing

SINOFUDE is pleased to announce the successful completion of a high-performance biscuit production line, which has recently passed factory acceptance testing (FAT) and is now ready for shipment. Designed to meet the growing demand for efficient, large-scale biscuit manufacturing, the line combines advanced automation, stable process control, and hygienic design to help customers achieve consistent product quality and high production efficiency.

The production line integrates key processing stages into one coordinated system, covering dough preparation, forming, baking, cooling, and subsequent conveying. Each section is carefully engineered to ensure smooth product flow, accurate process control, and reliable operation throughout continuous production. By optimizing synchronization between individual machines, the line minimizes manual intervention while maintaining excellent product consistency from batch to batch.

During the factory acceptance process, the customer worked closely with SINOFUDE’s engineering team to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the entire line. The inspection included equipment verification, mechanical and electrical checks, system commissioning, and full-load production trials using the customer’s own recipe and production parameters. Critical operating conditions—including product forming, baking performance, conveyor synchronization, cooling efficiency, and overall line stability—were thoroughly validated.

The production line demonstrated outstanding performance throughout the testing process. Stable operation, precise process control, and uniform biscuit quality fully met the customer’s technical requirements and production expectations, resulting in successful acceptance before shipment.
