Buyers should confirm Incoterms, insurance, container type, port, unloading plan and responsibility for oversized or special cargo before shipment.

Payment terms are project-specific and should be stated in the formal quotation and sales contract. Buyers should confirm deposit, milestone or balance payments, currency, bank details, payment documents and the relationship between payment and FAT, shipment or acceptance. No website FAQ should promise a universal payment schedule unless management has approved it.
