A complete quotation should identify models, quantities, capacity basis, materials, component brands, power and utilities, dimensions, line layout, included molds or change parts, packaging, documents, tests, installation, training, spare parts, warranty, delivery, Incoterms, payment and exclusions. It should also state what the customer must supply at site.

Warranty duration, covered parts, exclusions, response process and labor or travel responsibility must be confirmed in the sales contract for the specific project. Buyers should also distinguish warranty coverage from long-term technical support and spare-parts supply. The website should not publish a fixed universal warranty unless it applies to every product category.

Customs responsibility depends on the agreed Incoterm and contract. The supplier can provide commercial and technical shipping documents within the agreed scope, while the buyer or its broker normally confirms local import permits, duties, taxes, inspection and destination compliance. These responsibilities should be resolved before production is complete.

Shipping preparation normally includes protective packing, machine identification, packing lists and delivery documents. The final method depends on machine size, container loading, corrosion protection and destination. Buyers should confirm Incoterms, insurance, container type, port, unloading plan and responsibility for oversized or special cargo before shipment.

Payment terms are project-specific and should be stated in the formal quotation and sales contract. Buyers should confirm deposit, milestone or balance payments, currency, bank details, payment documents and the relationship between payment and FAT, shipment or acceptance. No website FAQ should promise a universal payment schedule unless management has approved it.
