It should also state what the customer must supply at site.

Warranty duration, covered parts, exclusions, response process and labor or travel responsibility must be confirmed in the sales contract for the specific project. Buyers should also distinguish warranty coverage from long-term technical support and spare-parts supply. The website should not publish a fixed universal warranty unless it applies to every product category.

Customs responsibility depends on the agreed Incoterm and contract.
