At the end of last year, we established a cooperation with a well-known Turkish health care company, which is famous for producing various health care products with added natural ingredients and nutrients. Since the customer has no previous experience in producing health-care gummy, we provided the customer with a perfect A-Z turnkey solution, and guided the customer to adjust their formula so that gummy can achieve the most perfect taste and health care effect. First of all, after we got the size of the customer's workshop, our engineer team planned the customer's workshop, and divided our production line into different parts for preliminary arrangement in the customer's workshop. And according to the actual production situation, the raw material storage room, disinfection room, changing room, drying room and packaging room are planned for customers. After many discussions with the customer, we sent the final layout plan to the customer. The customer carried out water supply, drainage and electrical decoration for the workshop according to our layout, and prepared for the arrival of our engineers.



We dispatched a team of experienced engineers after the machine arrived at the customer's factory in Turkey. They have profound knowledge of machine technology and rich practical experience in gummy production, and can complete machine installation and commissioning efficiently and accurately. After arriving at the factory, our engineers surveyed and prepared the site to ensure that the machine can be installed smoothly. The customer's production line model is CLM300, and the output per hour can reach 300kg. The total length is 15m, and the widest part is 2.2m. The whole line frame, shell and internal parts are made of SUS304, and the video contact surface is made of SUS316 stainless steel, which ensures the hygienic requirements of pharmaceuticals. Since the customer only produces pectin gummy, we equip the customer's cooking system with a cooker and a storage tank. The installation of the machine is very fast. Since Sinofude's production line adopts modular installation, each part of the machine only needs to be connected with simple pipes and circuits. After the installation is completed, our engineers initially adjusted the parameters of the machine according to the customer's recipe and requirements and made a trial run. Then, the customer started the preliminary machine production test under the guidance of our engineers. We will adjust the parameters of each part of the raw material cooking system, additive mixing and adding system, deposting system and cooling system according to the actual production situation. We understand that each customer's product formulation is unique, so our engineers work closely with you to ensure that the machine will precisely meet your production needs. Based on your recipe requirements, they adjust temperature, speed and other key parameters to ensure a high-quality fudge product that meets your standards.



After the machine commissioning was completed, our engineers provided detailed operation guidance and training to Turkish customers, and patiently answered all questions, ensuring that all operators can master the operation and maintenance skills of each part of the production line proficiently.
