First of all, after we got the size of the customer's workshop, our engineer team planned the customer's workshop, and divided our production line into different parts for preliminary arrangement in the customer's workshop. And according to the actual production situation, the raw material storage room, disinfection room, changing room, drying room and packaging room are planned for customers. After many discussions with the customer, we sent the final layout plan to the customer. The customer carried out water supply, drainage and electrical decoration for the workshop according to our layout, and prepared for the arrival of our engineers.

We dispatched a team of experienced engineers after the machine arrived at the customer's factory in Turkey. They have profound knowledge of machine technology and rich practical experience in gummy production, and can complete machine installation and commissioning efficiently and accurately. After arriving at the factory, our engineers surveyed and prepared the site to ensure that the machine can be installed smoothly. The customer's production line model is CLM300, and the output per hour can reach 300kg. The total length is 15m, and the widest part is 2.2m. The whole line frame, shell and internal parts are made of SUS304, and the video contact surface is made of SUS316 stainless steel, which ensures the hygienic requirements of pharmaceuticals. Since the customer only produces pectin gummy, we equip the customer's cooking system with a cooker and a storage tank. The installation of the machine is very fast.
