SINOFUDE Completes Customer Acceptance of High-Spec Probiotic Gummy Production Line

SINOFUDE is pleased to announce the successful completion of factory acceptance and pre-shipment validation for a high-specification probiotic gummy production line. Following a comprehensive on-site inspection and full-process trial using the client’s own formulation, the system has been officially approved and is now ready for delivery.

This production line is purpose-built for high-quality functional gummy manufacturing, with a strong focus on process stability, hygiene, and precise ingredient control—key factors in probiotic applications. The system integrates a raw material silo with powder vacuum conveying feeding system, CIP cleaning system, sugar and gelatin dissolving system, vacuum thin-film cooking system, as well as a dedicated batch mixing unit for flavors, colors, and active supplements. Downstream, the line includes a depositing system, cooling system, and oil coating system, forming a complete and efficient end-to-end solution.

Structured Validation Process

The acceptance procedure was conducted in a systematic and transparent manner. The process began with a detailed verification of the equipment list, ensuring all components were delivered as specified. This was followed by a thorough inspection of machine construction, finishing quality, and installation details.

A full-line water test was then carried out to confirm pipeline integrity, control responsiveness, and overall system coordination. To simulate real production conditions, the client’s proprietary formulation was prepared and processed on-site. Key stages—including cooking, depositing, cooling, and oil coating—were tested under operational parameters.

The results demonstrated stable operation, accurate depositing performance, and consistent product quality across batches, meeting the client’s expectations for probiotic gummy production.
