The entire production line includes a cooking system and a depositing system. The cooking system and depositing system can be controlled separately. This production line is used to produce pectin gummy. Pectin gummy require a jacket cooker and storage tank. If you are producing gelatin gummy, you need to add an extra cooling pot because gelatin is not resistant to high temperatures.
The entire production line is made of 304 stainless steel, and the food contact parts are 316 stainless steel.
The boiling pot is three-layer with anti-scalding, which can effectively protect the safety of workers. Equipped with high-speed shearing, scraping stirring and CIP cleaning balls. High-speed shearing can accelerate the dissolution of syrup and prevent raw materials from sinking to the bottom, causing damage to the pot and wasting raw materials. Scraping and stirring can effectively scrape off the syrup residue on the inner wall of the pot to prevent waste of raw materials. In addition, CIP cleaning balls can spray water from all directions to clean the pot body. The pot is fully polished, has no welding joints, and will not breed bacteria. It is fully compliant with FDA standards, and customers can use it with confidence.
There are two heating methods. You can use electric heating or steam heating according to your own needs. Electric heating takes more than 30 minutes, and steam heating takes more than 20 minutes.
The cooked syrup is transported to the storage tank through the lobe pump. The storage tank acts as a buffer to ensure the continuous use of the syrup. Then comes the depositing system. The syrup in the storage tank is transported to the pouring funnel through the rotor pump. If you want to make two-color or sandwich fudge, you need to add an additional hopper.
Online mixing system (CFA) static mixing system: You can add the required flavors and pigments in the keg, and the dynamic mixing system adds active substances that are not resistant to high temperatures, such as acids, vitamins, etc.
There is a small bucket filled with oil next to the pouring system. Before pouring, the oil injection system is first started. Multiple small pipes spray oil on the mold. The function of the oil injection is to prevent the gummy candies from adhering to the mold and obtain better quality gummy candies.
The depositing system is servo controlled, making the pouring more precise. The poured gummy is automatically transported to the cooling tunnel for cooling, and then comes to the demoulding system. In addition to extruding the ejector pin for demoulding, there are also brushes and air blowers, which can reach 100% demoulding effect.
As for the mold, we use Teflon coating, and it can be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning and replacement.
After demoulding, it is transferred to the blue PU conveyor belt. The PU belt is non-toxic and odorless, can be in direct contact with the gummy, complies with FDA standards, will not stick, and has a long service life.
