Production line machine introduction
Raw material preparation
It mainly includes sugar cooking and syrup storage. All cooker have mechanical seals on the top to prevent dust and impurities from falling into the pot. All cooker are mirror-polished inside for easy cleaning. Teflon scraper and stirring. The entire cooking system are controlled separately, with separate electrical boxes for easy operation.

Filled pressing
The cooked caramel syrup, nougat syrup and other filling ingredients are sequentially injected into a multi-layer paving machine via a precision conveying system. Under constant temperature control, the intelligent calendering roller group achieves precise layering and flattening, ensuring that each layer has a uniform thickness and a clear interface.

Cooling and cutting
After being calendered, the multi-layered sugar strips first enter a pre-cooling tunnel at 10-12℃ for surface shaping. Then, they are precisely cut in a constant temperature and humidity environment using a reciprocating cutting device and a food-grade conveyor belt, resulting in smooth cuts without sticking.

Chocolate enrobing
Chocolate enrobing machines are specialized equipment for producing colorful chocolate products. It can pour chocolate on the surface of pastries, cookies, wafers, candies, and other products, forming a variety of chocolate products with unique flavors.This machine has the functions of full coating, bottom coating, and partial coating, and is a specialized equipment that integrates coating and cooling.

Material handling and packaging
The material handling and packaging system automatically arranges bulk products neatly using conveyor belts and guiding mechanisms. After inspection, the packaging machine completes the wrapping, sealing, and coding, achieving efficient and standardized commercial packaging.
