Stable Operation High-yield Marshmallow Extrusion Production Line
Recently, SINOFUDE has exported two sets of 500kg/h full-automatic marshmallow production lines. Featuring premium quality and outstanding cost performance, this integrated line supports simultaneous extrusion, forming, servo precision cutting and cooling conveying, enabling mass production of plain, multi-color and filled marshmallows. The whole line is constructed with food-grade stainless steel, equipped with world-class key electrical and driving components to ensure stable long-term operation, low failure rate and reduced maintenance costs. With intelligent PLC control, quick format changeover and consistent finished product texture & size, it fully meets international food hygiene and CE standards. Compared with equivalent imported equipment, our line delivers superior manufacturing quality at a more competitive investment cost with complete overseas after-sales support, making it an ideal high-value solution for confectionery manufacturers to expand production capacity.
About the marshmallow production line
• In the pre-mixer, all the ingredients are dissolved and cooked.
• Then the basic slurry is continuously pumped to a cooker till the final moisture level is reached.
• After cooking, the slurry will be cooled and mixed with a separate whipping agent solution.
• Then the cooled “marshmallow base” is passed through the continuous aerator.
• The product will then be divided and injected with different colors and flavors.
• The multi-color product is extruded and transported on a cooling conveyor for cooling down.
• The conditioned marshmallows are dusted top and bottom with starch, or a mixture of both starch and icing sugar in a separate dust cabinet; the product is cut to the required length here.
• The dust cabin is kept under strict control to prevent the “dust” from spreading throughout the plant. The excess starch/sugar is removed.
Then, the finished product is dried and packaged.
