Sugar Grinding Machine
This sugar grinding machine is a universal grinder used to crush sugar and other solid particles. It can grind granulated sugar into powdered sugar/icing sugar to make the chocolate taste more delicate and improve the fine grinding efficiency of subsequent processes without dust.
Oil melting tank
The chocolate melting machine is equipped with a chocolate delivery pump and flow meter, which can be used to melt cocoa butter and deliver the liquid to the chocolate conche and mixer. This series of chocolate melting machines has electric heating and automatic temperature control functions.
Chocolate conche (milling) machine
Chocolate conche (milling) machine is the main equipment in chocolate production. It is used to finely grind chocolate paste. It has the dual functions of grinding and refining. It is the most ideal equipment for producing chocolate paste. It is also suitable for grinding oily liquid sauces such as jam and peanut butter. In this series, the JMJ40 model is suitable for small batch chocolate production and chocolate factory laboratory samples. It is a manual tightening knife. The other models are suitable for medium and large chocolate factories. They are all electric tightening knives.
Chocolate ball milling machine
The chocolate ball mill is used to finely grind chocolate slurry. The steel balls in the machine body collide and rub with the material to continuously reduce the particle fineness of chocolate slurry to meet product requirements. The machine has the advantages of high output, low energy consumption, and uniform fineness. It can be equipped with a mixer, a heat preservation cylinder, and a slurry delivery pump for continuous production, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency. It also has automatic temperature control and a PLC control system.
Chocolate holding tank
The chocolate heat preservation tank is a special storage container for chocolate paste after fine grinding or ball milling. It can keep the chocolate paste at the rated temperature. Through heat preservation and stirring, the water content in the chocolate paste is reduced and the fluidity of chocolate is increased, making the chocolate taste smoother and the shelf life longer. All models in this series are electric heating and automatic temperature control.
Tempering
Tempering machine is an essential key equipment for producing natural cocoa butter and cocoa butter equivalent (CBE) chocolate. This series of machines is a special tempering method determined according to the change law of chocolate slurry crystal form and the growth and formation of stable crystal form at different temperatures. It can strictly and automatically control the different temperatures required by chocolate slurry in each process stage, ensure the quality of chocolate products, make the natural flavor of chocolate stronger, smoother in taste, brighter in color and better in preservation.
Chocolate pump
Our chocolate Delivery Pump is mainly used for pumping and conveying of chocolate pastes and other pastes products. It can also be used to conveying chocolate pastes mixed with small grain items. This series of chocolate delivery pump has jacketed insulation.
Chocolate drop machine
The chocolate drop machine is a special equipment for producing small-particle dropping chocolate. Through the pouring head, the chocolate paste is directly dripped into water droplets, button-shaped particles, etc. on the PU conveyor belt and enter the cold channel for cooling, and then automatically falls off.
